Question 1

What is a digital restroom cleaning log?

Accepted Answer

It replaces the paper sheet on the back of the door. Each restroom or area gets a printed QR sign. Staff scan it with their phone, tick the checklist, and sign off with their employee ID and PIN. Every sign-off is stored with a server timestamp you can review and export.

Question 2

Do cleaners need to download an app?

Accepted Answer

No. The QR code opens a mobile web page in the phone's browser. Cleaners only need their employee ID and personal PIN.

Question 3

How do you stop people signing off for someone else?

Accepted Answer

An employee ID alone is not enough. Each cleaner has a private 4–8 digit PIN that is verified on our server, stored securely encrypted, and protected by rate limits on wrong attempts. You can disable a cleaner or reset a PIN at any time.

Question 4

What does it cost?

Accepted Answer

The Starter plan is CAD $12.99/month for one location and up to five QR stations, with unlimited staff and sign-offs. Prefer yearly? Pay CAD $129.90 upfront and get 12 months — 2 months free. You set everything up first and only pay when you're ready to activate.

Question 5

Can I change the checklist after printing the QR code?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each station's QR code is permanent. Editing the checklist creates a new version; past sign-offs keep the exact tasks that were shown at the time.

Question 6

Can I export my records?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Filter scan reports by date, station, employee, completion or flagged issues, then export CSV or print a PDF. You can also download all your data or delete your account from settings.

Question 7

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Manage your payment method, invoices and cancellation from the billing portal in your dashboard.
