Privacy Policy

We collect account details (name, work email, business name, phone), configuration you create (locations, stations, checklists, QR sign branding), staff names and employee IDs, and sign-off records (tasks, notes, flags, server timestamps).

Staff PINs are securely encrypted using industry-standard protections and are never stored in readable form. For abuse prevention we keep a protected, non-identifying record of network activity linked to failed sign-off attempts.

Business logos you upload for your QR signs are kept in private, access-controlled storage and shown only on your signs and scan pages.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store card numbers.

Account owners can export their data and delete their account from Settings. Deleting an account removes the organization and its records.
