Terms of Service

The Starter plan includes 1 location and up to 5 QR stations. It is billed either monthly at CAD $12.99 or annually at CAD $129.90 upfront (10 months charged, 12 months of service), plus applicable taxes, and renews at the same interval until cancelled.

You can cancel at any time from the self-service billing portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately once confirmed, and QR check-ins stop at that point. Plan changes are applied immediately and prorated.

Payments are generally non-refundable. Refund requests can be submitted through support and are granted at CleanLog QR's sole discretion.

Sign-off records are self-attested by your staff. CleanLog QR does not independently verify that cleaning took place and makes no representation that use of the service satisfies any health, safety, building or regulatory requirement.

You are responsible for your staff accounts, PIN distribution and the accuracy of your checklists.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
