Gas Station Restroom Cleaning Log (QR Codes)

Public restrooms on busy routes need frequent checks. A QR sign replaces the taped-up paper log and gives you real time stamps.

The paper-log problem

  • High public traffic around the clock.
  • Overnight shifts with a single employee.
  • Paper logs are often filled in all at once.

A starting checklist

  • Toilets cleaned
  • Sink wiped
  • Soap and paper refilled
  • Floor mopped
  • Garbage emptied

Fully editable — add, remove or reorder tasks per station.

How it works

  1. Step 1

    Print a QR sign

One sign per washroom or area, in your colours.

  2. Step 2

    Staff scan & tick

No app or account — just their phone and a PIN.

  3. Step 3

    You review records

Time-stamped sign-offs and flagged issues in one place.

Sign-offs are self-attested by staff.
